Brussels, 28/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - In an interview with Le Monde last week, after a meeting with President Chirac (EUROPE of 25 February, p.5), the Iranian negotiator on the nuclear dossier, Hassan Rossani, said that apart from the slow pace of negotiations, which is disappointing to Teheran's expectations, the Europeans, led by the EU-3 (Germany, France and the United Kingdom), were “incapable of keeping their promises”. “In return for the objective guarantees we are expected to...
