European Union concern about numerous accusations of torture

Brussels, 14/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - In a declaration on behalf of the European Union, the Luxembourg presidency expressed its concern on Friday at the most recent conclusions of the OSCE report on observations of trails in Azerbaijan published on 4 February 2005.
