14/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The EU Court of Justice is expected to reach its decision on the Tetra Laval case on Tuesday. The case has pitted the European Commission against the world carton packaging leader. On 25 October the Court of First Instance rules against the merger between Tetra Laval and the French SIDEL company. It also ordered their separation.
