07/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The EU High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, has sent a letter congratulating the new Head of the Ukrainian government, Yulia Timoshenko. Mr Solana asserted that, “The European Union stands ready to assist Ukraine in this crucial phase of its history”, and notably by way of the action plan for neighbourhood policy, which will be approved on 21 February.
