07/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The President-in-Office of the EU Council, Jean Asselborn, will be in Moscow on 9 February for a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Points on the agenda include: the strategic partnership between the EU and Russia and regional and international topical issues, especially the situation in the Middle East, Ukraine, the Baltic States, Georgia, Moldova and Southern Caucasus.
