Brussels, 07/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - The twenty-five members of the European Commission are to be in Luxembourg on Monday, 10 January, for the traditional meeting with the government of the country holding EU Presidency. The welcoming speech by Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker will be followed by bilateral meetings between the various members of the Luxembourg government and the Commissioners responsible for individual dossiers. Discussions will end with a plenary meeting. Mr Juncker and European Commission President José Manuel Barroso are to give a joint press conference at 12h25. The Commission and the government will then be received by the Grand Duke and Duchess of Luxembourg for lunch at the Grand Duke's palace.
