Brussels, 07/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the European Commission unveiled a draft regulation concerning a new Visa Information System (VIS) and the exchange of data between Member States on short-stay visas and visa refusals, alphanumeric until 2006 but including biometric details in 2007.
