Brussels, 29/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Various heads of state are speaking out about how the Stability and Growth Pact should be revised, with Italy and Germany calling for greater flexibility, but the future President of the European Council, Jean-Claude Juncker, who will chair Eurogroup for the next two years, explained in an interview with the Financial Times on Tuesday that he was planning to unveil the revised Stability and Growth Pact (SGP) 'by March at the latest'.
