29/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of newly created joint venture Isuzu Benelux by Alcadis (Belgium), Isuzu Motors Ltd (Japan) and Mitsubishi (Japan). Isuzu Benelux JV will operate on the markets for the wholesale distribution of new cars and spare parts in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The deal was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
