21/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Legal Studies Centre in Geneva is holding an international conference on 3/5 March 2005 on constitutionalism in the EU, with the aim of bringing together representatives from all 25 Member States to consider the basic ideas of the European Constitution from a legal point of view.
