21/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The National Association of Local Authorities in Georgia was set up on 17 December in Tbilissi. This association will represent the interests of local authorities at a national level and will promote a culture of partnership at two levels. Its newly elected president Mamuka Abduladze, wanted the association to rapidly provide its effectiveness by providing quality services to its members.
