Brussels, 21/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner for trade Peter Mandelson and the Canadian minister for trade, Jim Peterson met on Tuesday in Brussels to discuss ways of starting negotiations on an EU Trade and Investment Enhancement Agreement (TIEA) between the EU and Canada, the framework off which had been adopted during the summit between the two parties in Ottawa on 18 March.
