21/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Deutschbau Holding by German company Viterra. Deutschbau Holding is currently jointly controlled by Viterra and DB Real Estate Management GmbH (a joint venture approved by the Commission in 1997).
