20/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - Gianni Copetti, President of Iniziativa europea, has written to European Parliament President Borrell, European Commission President Barroso and the President of the European Economic and Social Committee, Sigmund, to suggest creating a new prize named after two 'martyr cities', Guernica and Falluja.
