ECB keeps interest rates unchanged and reduces growth forecasts for 2004 and 2005

Brussels, 02/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - For the eighteenth consecutive month, the European Central Bank (ECB) has kept interest rates unchanged. The minimum submission rate applied to refinancing operations remains at 2%, and the marginal loan facility and the deposit facility at 3% and 1% respectively.
