Commissioner Frattini assures he will do everything he can to compel Member States, including Italy, to implement texts adopted

Brussels, 02/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - While all Member States, especially Italy, are lagging behind when it comes to applying post 11 September decisions, the new Justice and Home Affairs Commissioner, Franco Frattini, said on Thursday that the European Commission would use "every means available to it" to ensure Member States make up time lost.
