Brussels, 02/12/2004 (Agence Europe) - EU Council President Bernard Bot welcomed the release of Raul Rivero and other Cuban dissidents, but felt that "five detainees liberated out of 75 is not enough to warrant the relaxation of sanctions" imposed by Europe against Cuba.
