Brussels, 12/10/2004 (Agence Europe) - High Representative for ESDP Javier Solana took the opportunity of his being granted the Honoris Causa Brevet by the Ecole Royale Militaire and the Institut Royal Supérieur de Défense, for which he opened the academic year in Brussels on 6 October, to take stock of progress made by European Security and Defence Policy since the European Council of Laeken.
