Brussels, 28/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - In her hearing with MEPs on Tuesday, the Commissioner-designate for regional policy, Danuta Hubner from Poland said that she was more optimistic than a lot of others. She explained that, "the EU's main challenge is the weakness of economic growth, which is undermining cohesion and putting stability and public finance in danger".
