28/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared plans by German postal services operator Deutsche Post AG (DPAG) to acquire sole control of Guipuzcoana/DHL, a postal services operator in Spain and Portugal currently jointly controlled by DPAG and Investgi S.L. (The operation, which was notified on 25 August, was examined under a simplified procedure).
