ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) internet

Italian TISCALI has sold its Swiss subsidiary to SMART TELECOM for EUR 5.3 million in liquidities. This is the fifth subsidiary sold by the Italian access provider after those in Austria, Norway, Sweden and South Africa, harvesting EUR 76.3 million. It has also announced the sale of its subsidiaries in Denmark, the Czech Republic, Finland and its international network.
