EU fact-finding mission to Iraq to prepare concrete aid proposals for civilian crisis management in good time for 5 November European Council

Brussels, 14/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the External Relations Council adopted conclusions on Iraq, in which the EU's foreign ministers outline a series of measures to further develop the EU engagement with Iraq.
