14/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The President in Office of the Council of Ministers' of the Council of Europe, Jan Petersen, has started his visit to Bosnia Herzegovina and Serbia Montenegro to consider progress made by the two countries, and problems encountered since they joined the Council of Europe (April 2002 and April 2003 respectively).
