Brussels, 01/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament rapporteurs on the European Constitution, elected Partido popular member Inigo Mendez de Vigo and British Labour member Richard Corbett, told the press on 1 September that they would be taking a stance in favour of ratifying the European Constitution, in a report that they hope to submit for plenary vote during the December session (from 13 to 17 December).
