Brussels, 14/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Five years after the entry into force of the partnership and cooperation agreements between the EU and Kirghizstan and the EU and Kazakhstan, the delegations are meeting again for the sixth Cooperation Council. The EU delegation, which has successively held sessions with the two countries, consisted of the Dutch minister of foreign affairs, Berndard Bot and the High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana.
