ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) satellites

The Luxembourg satellite operator SES ASTRA has bought 75.2% of the capital of the German company DPC (DIGITAL PAYOUT CENTRE), which runs one of Europe largest radio and television broadcasting centres. The transaction is worth 41.2 million EUR.
