Spain and Portugal confirm referendums - dual referendum (Constitution and Euro) in United Kingdom?

Brussels, 24/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero told the Spanish Parliament on Wednesday that a referendum would be held to ratify the European Constitution, "so that all Spanish citizens can have their say" on the text. The referendum will take place as soon as possible, he said. "The time for protests is over. Now it is time to look to the future", and approve this Constitution with the greatest support possible.
