24/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - A study carried out in 7 countries (Austria, France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom) and published by the Association of the European Self-Medication Industry (AESGP) shows that offering 5% of the medicines which are commonly used but available only on prescription for sale freely would save 16.5 billion EUR in the Europe of 25 (info@aesgp.be).
