Brussels, 05/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - The EU Member States adopted without debate, on 29 April, a decision aimed at extending for three years, that is until 31 December 2006, the protocol to the fisheries agreement signed between the EU and the Democratic Republic of Madagascar.
