Zapatero government is sworn in

Brussels, 19/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish Socialist government under José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, who has just taken the oath, is composed of 16 men and 16 men, including Maria Teresa Fernandez de la Vega, who will be the very first female vice-president for the government, responsible for coordinating government policy.
