19/04/2004 (Agence Europe) - A team of students from the Pantheon-Assas Paris II University has won the 20th René Cassin European Human Rights Competition organised by the Council of Europe, beating the team from the University of Limoges in the final. The winning team argued a fictitious case on the protection of contestants of TV reality games at the European Court of Human Rights. The prized awarded by the President of the Jury, Professor Denys Simon, included a traineeship at the European Court of Human Rights and a lithography by internationally-known artist from Alsace, Tomi Ungerer, Goodwill Ambassador for Childhood and Education of the Council of Europe, offered by the Juris Ludi Association.
