Competitiveness Council to consider legal status of translations of future Community patent

Brussels, 05/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - The Community patent will once again be on the agenda of the Competitiveness Council on 11 March. After four years of negotiations, there is little hope of reaching rapid agreement.
