28/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - On Monday the External Relations Council adopted without debate all the amendments introduced by the European Parliament in its second reading on the common position adopted by the Council on the draft directive promoting EU cogeneration (EUROPE 23 December p 12). The amended directive will enter into force after its publication in the EU Offiicial Journal.
