Brussels, 27/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - During a meeting organised by the European Policy Centre (EPC) on Tuesday, the Secretary General of the European Commission, David O'Sullivan, outlined the main dates for the diary in a year of change. He kicked off by commenting that it would be "very, very advisable" for the 25 to reach agreement on the European Constitution before June's European elections.
