Brussels, 27/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Economic and Social Committee's (EESC) first plenary session of the year on 28-29 January in Brussels will include the participation of the Irish minister for European affairs, Dick Roche (for the presidency of the Council) and Commissioner Viviane Reding. Advisers will be giving their opinions on a number of subjects, focusing on the stakes at play for nuclear produced electricity, future transport infrastructure, jobs in farming, cultural...
