Commission publishes report 2002 on three pre-accession aid programmes (Phare, Ispa, Sapard)

Brussels, 14/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Last week, the Commission published its third general report on the working, during the year 2002, of the three pre-accession aid instruments still provided for the acceding and candidate countries.
