Strasbourg, 14/01/2004 (Agence Europe) - Taoiseach Bertie Ahern presented the programme for the term of Irish EU Council Presidency, the sixth Presidency held by his country, to the European Parliament on Wednesday. He said he has consulted with the Heads of State and Government with a view to resuming the Intergovernmental Conference on European Constitution and that discussions are already "well under way".
