Brussels, 04/12/2003 (Agence Europe) - During their bi-annual autumn meeting of the North Atlantic Council, on 4 December at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, the Foreign Ministers of the NATO member nations examined the main topical issues: the situation in Afghanistan, extension of ISAF, unified command of all operations under ISAF, the situation in Iraq and the possible enhanced role of NATO there, strategic partnerships with the European Union and Russia, relations with Ukraine and Partners...
