Debates next week on Middle East and death penalty

Brussels, 17/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of President of the European Parliament has added two themes to Wednesday's plenary agenda - Council and Commission declarations on a universal moratorium on the death penalty; the Menendez del Valle report (PES, Spain) on the theme of "Peace and Dignity in the Middle East".
