09/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - Teresa Patricio Gouveia has taken on the portfolio of Minister of Foreign Affairs. This 57-year-old PSD MP replaces Antonio Lartins da Cruz, who resigned on Tuesday following an alleged preferential treatment affair concerning his daughter's entry to university.
