Luxembourg, 09/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, in Luxembourg, the Transport Council reached three agreements on: the draft regulation aimed at protecting European airline companies against the subsidies and unfair pricing practices practised by third country airlines; - the proposal of regulation introducing minimum requirements in insurance for all air carriers flying from, to or through Community skies; - and the proposal of regulation aimed at establishing Community rules for the negotiation and implementation of agreements for airline services between Member States and third countries (Open Sky Agreements).
