Japanese group SANWA SHUTTER (turnover of 250 billion yens forecast for the coming financial year) has acquired NOVOFERM, garage and industrial door specialist subsidiary of German group THYSSENKRUPP (annual turnover of around 330 million EUR and 2,200 employees), for 167 million EUR.
