Venture capital company ADVENT INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION has launched a take-over bit for the entire capital of PARQUES REUNIDOS (theme parks and zoos), at 6.25 EUR per share, valuing the company at 165.7 million EUR. The bid is conditional upon acquisition of 75% of the capital.
