25/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - As we announced earlier, the European Parliament Bureau has taken a stance so that the European Parliament becomes the owner of its site in Strasbourg, for the sum of EUR 445.6 million. The Committee on Budgets will now give its view, before the Bureau can give its final agreement to the transaction. (See yesterday's EUROPE, p.10).
