The CAPRABO supermarket chain(annual turnover EUR 2 bn with 500 supermarkets and workforce of 15,000) has acquired, for EUR300 million, 100% of the capital of the SUPERMERCADOS ALCOSTO group (turnover of EUR 500 million, 66 shopping centres and workforce of 3,200).
