Driving under the influence of drugs is liable to penalties that vary from one Member State to the next, an EMCDDA study states

Brussels, 22/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - Driving under the influence of drugs is liable to punishments that vary depending on the Member State, a study from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) states. The study shows that, although drink driving is violation of the law in all EU countries, this is not the case for driving under the influence of drugs.
