Michel Rocard deplores UK's ambiguous role in European construction

Brussels, 22/08/2003 (Agence Europe) - In an interview published on Thursday by the Portuguese weekly Visao, French Socialist Michel Rocard, former French Prime Minister and currently Chair of the European Parliament's Committee on Culture, deplores the role of the United Kingdom in the construction of Europe.
