13/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the EP's committee on women, Greek Socialist, Anna Karamanou, regretted that women were under represented in the observers' delegations in the future new Member States and totally absent from the Slovenian and Estonian delegations. President Cox pointed out that the Estonian Parliament was Presided by a woman and that the country also had a woman Minister of Foreign Affairs.
