ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) telecommunications

Mobile telecommunications company ARIA, a joint-venture between Italian company TIM (49%) and the Turkish ISBANK (51%), has merged with its Turkish counterpart AYCELL, 100% controlled by TURK TELECOM. The new company will be 40% owned by TURK TELECOM, 40% by TIM, ISBANK holding the remaining 20%.
