According to the Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore, Italian SANPAOLO IMI and the French CDC - CAISSE DES DEPOTS ET CONSIGNATIONS are to create a joint venture that they will jointly and equally own and which will be specialised in capital markets and corporate financing.
